Tour Overview

You'll begin your tour at the Torres del Paine National Park, which borders the Sienna of Ultima Esperanza, and continue through extensive Magellanic steppe pampas until you reach the town of Cerro Castillo, where you can enjoy a coffee and shop for regional handicrafts.

Then, from Lago Sarmiento's viewpoint, you'll have a stunning panoramic view of the Paine Massif, adorned by the presence of guanacos, rheas, and condors. Another interesting point is the Laguna Amarga sector, which offers one of the best views of the imposing granite waters of 'Las Torres del Paine,' which can be reflected in the lagoon on clear days, creating a spectacular landscape.

Following that, you'll enter Torres del Paine National Park, stopping at the Nordenskjold Lake Viewpoint for a beautiful view of the different peaks of the Cordillera Paine, highlighting the famous 'Cuernos del Paine' and 'Paine Grande,' the Park's highest mountain (3,050m high). Then you'll travel to the Salto Grande sector, where you'll take a short hike to reach this magnificent waterfall that empties into Lake Pehoé. Then, inside the park, you'll stop for lunch.

Later, you'll travel to the Gray Lake sector, where you'll take a walk across the Pingo River's hanging bridge, through the Forest of Lengas, and to the beach, from which you'll have a spectacular view of Glacier Gray's floating floes.

On the way back, you'll stop at the Milodón Cave Natural Monument, a collection of caves where the remains of a large herbivorous mammal that died at the end of the Pleistocene epoch were discovered. You'll walk through the main cave, which is approximately 200m deep, 80m wide, and 30m high, and at the end, you'll be able to take a picture next to an exact replica of this extinct animal known as 'El Milodón.' Finally, you'll begin your journey back to your hotel in Puerto Natales.
