What to Remember
-Pickup service is available from hotels located in Playa del Carmen, Cancún or Tulum. The pickup in the hotel zone of Cancun and Playa del Carmen starts at approximately 6.20am, while in the hotels in Tulum it is between 8.00am and 9.00am. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.
- If your hotel or accommodation is in Playa del Carmen, please select 'From Cancún' while booking.
- Comfortable walking shoes, sun hat, bio sunscreen, swimsuit and towel are recommended.
- Upon arrival in Isla Mujeres, you'll have around 40 minutes to enjoy a buffet meal full of delicious dishes and 1.30 hours to take a break in the lounge chairs or to walk around the center of the Island.
