At one of the city's top attractions, you can rise above the craziness of The Las Vegas Strip. This half-scale reproduction of Paris' Eiffel Tower has a 360-degree observation deck 46 floors above the bottom floor, making it one of the city's most identifiable monuments. The total height of the tower is 541 feet, with nearly 5,000 tons of welded steel used in its construction. It is now the tallest Eiffel Tower replica in the world.

The tower's construction began in May 1997, and it was completed on September 1, 1999. The Las Vegas tower was supposed to be a full-scale duplicate of Paris' iconic attraction, but due to the hotel's proximity to the international airport, the final building could only be half the size of the original. Even after downsizing, building required the use of a custom-designed crane, the largest in the United States.
